Since she’d been using ACT! Software in her own company for many years, she knew this would be a simple, inexpensive solution for them to implement their sales and marketing campaigns. For the second year in a row, Lori won the “Top 10 Reseller Award” from SwiftPageEmail, Lori founded the St. Louis ACT! User Group, a forum for passionate ACT! software users to share marketing, sales and productivity tips and learn Lori’s proven database marketing strategies for beating the competition. The group attracts 30-50 ACT! users each month and is now in its 5th year. Lori conducts database marketing training and offers consulting for clients who are at every stage of customer database mastery, from beginner to accomplished business strategist. Her philosophy is, “testing for significant improvement is never finished.”
